For iPhone users:
If you are using an iPhone, you need to download and install Rakuten’s configuration profile.
Scan the QR code provided in the instruction manual or download the configuration profile from the following link:

(Please note: Only one configuration profile can exist on the same device. If a profile is already installed, please delete the previous one before installing the new one.)

If you cannot find the downloaded configuration profile:
Go to Settings → General → VPN & Device Management to check the downloaded profile.
You can also find it in the Files app on your device. Tap on the profile to install it.

Name: (Any name – this can be anything)
APN: p.rcomm.jp
Username: rcmven.jp
Password: 0000
Authentication Type: CHAP
APN Type: default, supl, dun, ia
APN Protocol: IPv4/IPv6
APN Roaming Protocol: IPv4/IPv6
